The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old, and I have been at the shelter since September 26, 2020. Help! Foster needed in next few days or I will be put down in shelter! Sadly I am set to be euthanized in a few days. I have not done anything wrong, but I'm E-listed due to my dog reactivity. I don't get along with other dogs. But many dogs don't get along with other dogs. Is that a reason to put me down? No it's not....I want to live....Can you save my life? (Dogs who live most of their lives on the street have learned to be very protective - not aggressive. They can learn to co-exist; just need time to assimilate.) When The Dog Savers assessed me they noticed I was kinda skinny���� When the behavior team assessed me they allowed me two (dog to dog) evaluations to see how I was with other dogs. I flunked both those evaluations. each time I was in the play yard with a dog I would go after that dog aggressively. So I must be in a house with a secure yard. By nature I am a very calm dog and very affectionate!. I know I am not perfect but I hope I am perfect for the right person.....I would hate for me to be put down when I have so much life left in me....Will you save my life?
