About Goober

Lab mix
Age: Puppy
Sex: Male

Meet Goober! Goober is a 60 lb, 2 year old lab mix filled with personality. He is an extremely sweet boy that loves everyone he meets and always follows by your side. Goober enjoys attention and the many rubs that come because of it. He likes fetching toys and bringing it back so the fun can be continued. Goober is housebroken and has had no accidents in his crate. He is fantastic with other dogs of all sizes and loves running in the fenced in yard with his doggy friends. Cats are not recommended in his forever home as he tends to chase them. He does amazing with kids of all ages. Goober is learning basic commands (but already knows paw) and will do anything for a treat. He is working on leash walking and has improved immensely since being in his foster home. Goober does really well on car rides and makes the best co-pilot. Goober is up to date on vaccines, neutered, heartworm negative, and being fostered in New Freedom, PA. We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $300 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs. Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $350 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. We are an all volunteer organization and we are always looking for more help. Learn more about adopting from us or volunteering for us at www.pack9rescue.org or check us out on Facebook for more information and a complete list of dogs available for adoption.
