About Buddy

This is Buddy, a friendly happy 25lb beagle dachshund mix. He is honestly the best dog you could ask for. He's very obedient and submissive, fully house trained, leash and crate trained. He gets along really well with every dog he's met so far, and he absolutely adores children. He's gentle with babies as well, but he isn't good with cats. He hasn't attacked one but he just barks at them. Non aggressive though I think he just tries to scare them off. He's a high energy boy who loves to play and go for walks. He isn't a barker but he whines when he's feeling antsy or he has to pee. He is very loving and is just desperate to find his forever home. This poor guy has had no luck with more homes than his age. And for no reason! He's really the perfect dog. The only reason I can't keep him is due to religious reasons otherwise I would definitely keep him. I'm very sad to let him go. If you adopt him I would love to be able to get updates about him every now and then if that's possible. He has severe separation anxiety so he needs someone who can be with him all the time and who doesn't mind being followed around room to room. He may cry at first when u leave the house but don't worry he calms down and after a few days he will adjust. Now he isn't neutered yet. Hopefully I will be able to do it before you adopt him, but if not be prepared for typical in tact male dog behavior when a female nearby is in heat. He does go a bit crazy for her but also it does calm down. He's still a wonderful dog and you will be extremely lucky to have him as an addition to your family!!
