About Athena

Athena is an 7 year old female German shepherd mixed breed. She is severely obese and weighs about 80 ( she however is not very big and will weigh 40-50 pounds once she is a healthy weight). Athena was surrendered to us by her owner that was no longer able to care for her. Athena's foster describes her as super sweet and playful. She loves to run and play with other dogs and is great around new people. She would really thrive in a home that can keep her active and help her shed some pounds. She is a super girl girl and has been great with crate and house training. ��%BD'�� Athena is the sweetest soul and would be fine with kids, other dogs, and cats. Her adoption fee is $125 which includes vaccines, microchipping, spaying, and worming. When you are contacted, you will be told if your application is approved or not. If it is we will proceed with a meet and greet. After everyone has had a chance to do a meet and greet we will then proceed with the adoption to the selected family. If you comment 'interested' that does not count as an application.
