Youtube Link: https://youtu.be/Mm43r8OgbEU Hi, my name is NIPSEY ID#A4260728. I am a neutered male, brown and white Chinese Sharpei and American Pit Bull Terrier mix, and I weigh about 90 lbs. The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old, and I have been at the shelter since September 23, 2020. I need to be adopted or taken by a foster this week or I will be put down in the shelter. I was placed on the E-list for not being good with other dogs in the shelter. BUT IN MY DEFENSE, I did eventually co-exist with 2 other dogs in my last home. One was a Rottweiler and the other was a small breed. My story is crazy! read about it below....I do NOT deserve to be put down. I am very very loving dog....I just need the right home. I am so handsome with a gorgeous coat on me. I will melt your heart! Volunteers and staff LOVE me. I am so wiggly fun! (see videos). I listen, and I know 'sit' and 'down', especially when you have a treat for me. I ended up at the shelter because I jumped out of a truck and a person found me running around in the road (sadly the person driving the truck never came back for me). The stranger who found me took me to the shelter and then I was adopted into a home. That home didn't like some of my 'ways'....For instance, I know how to open a door (lever type), and I have been know to slip out of my harness when walking. Well maybe that harness didn't fit? I don't know, but, I am a BIG boy and I guess I might be a lot for some people to handle, yet I will love you to pieces! I need a house with a yard for sure, and training and structure will help me too. Oh, and I do need to be on medication for allergies according to my last owner. But is any of this a reason to put me down?...NO! I want to live!....Will you save my life?....
