Hi, my name is PORK CHOP - ID#A4206901. I am a neutered male, brown and white American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 5 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Aug 05, 2020. When it comes to our friend Pork Chop, we think his adorable play bow says it all! Between that big noggin, wiggly booty, and super-sized pittie smile, this chunky boy is straight-up irresistable. Pork Chop may be on the more curvaceous side, but don't mistake that as a sign of a low energy level - this is one guy who likes to stay busy. Out in the play yards, he loves to explore and sniff, watch everyone who passes by, and collect as many back rubs as he can. And if he sees another dog, well, play time is the only thing he can think about. When he had the chance to meet some similarly-sized dogs here at the shelter, he immediately started play bowing and socializing with them. Pork Chop would prefer to have a home with plenty of doggo-playtime opportunities (that seems to be his favorite thing), so please bring your dog(s) along with you to the shelter to ensure compatible play styles. He requires a home with no children, and must meet all household members before going home with you.
