About Jewel

BARC introduces JEWEL. Jewel is a two year old Treeing Walker Coonhound / American Bulldog mix. Jewel is very loving and affectionate and walks on a leash. She does well with the other dogs in her foster home. Jewel is self assured but easygoing and responds positively to love and attention. She also plays nicely with the children in her foster home. Jewel had a litter of puppies and was abandoned. All but two of her puppies were ran over and killed. Fortunately, Jewel and two of her puppies were seen by a good Sam and picked up and brought to rescue. They have all done well there. Jewel is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped and will be spayed before going to her forever home. Jewel would do well in most settings, either as an only pet or with another well mannered pet.
