About KINECKIE

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE YOU RESPOND. KINECKIE is a handsome boy. He has been with us for at least a year. He is not a lap cat. He can be pretty shy. He likes pets. But when you pull out the can food or the treats, he becomes your best friend! He is going to need a home that can love him just the way he...is for right now. His face is always that grouchy looking. We think he's GRUMPY CATS long lost cousin! He would do better in a home with a friendly cat or cat friendly dog. He will tolerate pets. He purrs now. At his own pace, we think he will get comfortable in his new home. We know in the right home he will blossom into a wonderful cat! He needs a true hero! Are you his hero??? KINECKIE is a BRITISH SHORT HAIR Mix. . He is about 3 years old and is good with all cats and has never been around dogs. He has never been around children either. KINECKIE is currently located at our rescue in Hemet, Ca....chilling in the cat tree (more than likely.) AUGUST 2021: With all the needed social distancing...we are still doing adoptions. We can do meet and greets BY APPOINTMENT ONLY at any PETSMART. But steps 1. thru 4. of the ADOPTION PROCESS must be done first. VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to do meet and greets...not PETSMART employees. Gas donations always appreciated! ADOPTION PROCESS: 1. Request Application: By Email / In Person / Fill Out Online Form 2. Submit Application 3. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview 4. Will be notified of Approved Application 5. Meet and Greet with Kitty 6. Sign Adoption Contract 7. Pay Adoption Fee 8. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED) 9. Take the Kitty Home ************************** NO OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS **************************** You can obtain an application one of 3 ways. The 1st is to physically go to the PETSMART where the pet is located and request one from our volunteers. VOLUNTEERS are only there 9 am to 12 pm (Monday thru Saturday) and 10 am to 1 pm on Sunday. Once filled out please return to the VOLUNTEER. The 2nd way is to request an application.The information you fill out on THIS website is NOT the application. An actual application CAN be requested and sent by email . Please include the pet's name in the SUBJECT LINE and email us directly: [email protected] Please do not email us asking if the cat is still available. Email us to request an application or ask questions not answered for you on their ad. The 3rd way is to find OUR ONLINE APPLICATION form. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE CALLS ********** If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets. Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption. We are a SMALL rescue based out of Hemet, California. We are all volunteers that run the rescue. If we haven't reached out be patient. We are an all-VOLUNTEER rescue, meaning we are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescues.
