About Queso

I want to rehome queso. He was my moms dog but she's always in and out of jail. I just rescued him from the Tampa shelter. He was in there since June, I had no idea he was in there until last week. He cannot be homed with other dogs, cats and young children. I just picked him up today, he has a sore all around his neck, where the collar was placed. He looks a little rough.. he needs love and a stable home. I'll put the pictures in the comments of his neck. I've reached out to dog rescues and all don't have availability.. if you know of a rescuer that can take him, please please let me know. I cannot keep him. I have two dogs and a cat.. I also have a toddler and newborn. I'm keeping queso in a separate room and I feel bad for him. He's up to date on shots and he's neutered.
