About Gus

Gus is a cross between a Staffordshire Terrier and Dachshund (which means he super handsome of course). Gus is just over a year old and weighs in around 35 pounds. This fun loving dude is super active and affectionate. He is searching for an active family where he will have opportunities to burn off his energy in a fenced in yard or with daily walks/runs. Can you say running and hiking companion?! Gus is smart and thrives on attention. He does well with other dogs when properly introduced but would best be matched with dogs of similar energy and size. He has to be pre-adopted and picked up directly from transport. Our standing pick up locations are Kennewick, Tukwila, and Tacoma in WA and Portland in Oregon but we can add stops anywhere along I80 in Wyoming, Salt Lake City, Twin Falls and Boise and anywhere along I84 through Idaho and Oregon, and anywhere along I5 going from Portland to LA.
