About ANEKO

'ANEKO' (also known as 'CeCe') is an adorable 11 month old, 42 lb., Labrador Retriever girl we rescued from a high kill pound, along with her sister 'Misha'. Aneko is smart, people-loving, fun and silly girl, who was fostered with other dogs as well as cats. She is a confident girl, likes to be the center of attention, so could also be an only dog. Aneko has been around some children, but not any under the age of 6 yrs old, so preferably an active family with kids about 6 yrs of age would suit her best. Aneko is spayed, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, on monthly heart-worm preventative, crate-trained and house-trained. This rescue does not do it's own 'shots' ... all medical care is done by a licensed, certified Veterinarian or done under their direct supervision (ex., monthly heartworm treatments &/or deworming). All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., probiotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
