About Conrad

Conrad is a handsome ginger guy weighing in at about 45 lbs. He isn't quite as furry as a typical Chow and has a lovely curled tail that makes him look like a mini Akita. As typical of many primitive breeds, he can be aloof or uncomfortable with strangers and it is important to earn his trust. It may take a little time, but once you do, you will have a loyal friend for life. He is a quite guy that loves to be hosed down when its hot and chase bite the stream of water!! He would do best in an adult only home that is familiar with Chows or Shar-Peis. We would describe him as selective with other dogs so if you have another dog, a meet and greet is important.
