About Dallas

Dallas is a 2-3 year old cockapoo. He was found as a stray, a very hot mess! He had a bad foot with bad foxtails and was a bloody mess. He has to finish his meds for anxiety as he continued to chew his foot. If he is left alone too long, he will chew at his foot. So he'll need a family that is with him the majority of the time. He's a sweet boy who just wants to be with his loved ones. He can be playful at times as well as a couch potato. He is learning how to cope with new people and that not everyone is going to hurt him. Loud noises can sometimes stress him out. He needs time and patience. He is getting better with his potty training. He's good with dogs and kids over the age of 10. Younger children can sometimes overwhelm him. He is fearful of men but is getting better with that too but it could take a couple months for him to accept a man, if at all. Therefore he'd be best suited for a single woman or a woman with kids over 10. He takes time to warm up to strangers and should not be pushed or forced into meeting someone. He gets along great with cats. However he likes to play and chase them and they may not want to play with him. He's a cute boy who needs love a patience. His adoption fee includes neuter, vaccines, groom, microchip and goody bag.
