Chipper was loved by an elderly man that could no longer care for him. Chipper enjoyed a quiet life. Coming into the shelter was very scary, but gradually he has warmed up to the volunteers. We do not recommend a home with children under the age of 12. Chipper just wants to be back in a loving quiet home. Do you have the forever home for Chipper? Est. DOB: 8/31/17 11 lbs.
