About Captain

Meet Captain! He is a 6-year-old, 20lb male Beagle. He's good with kids, cats and dogs. Typical of beagle behavior, he's food motivated and can be a little protective over his food. He's a couch potato and wouldn't need an active family, just someone to cuddle him and give him belly rubs. He likes to sleep on his back, showing you all his glory. Haha! He walks well on a leash. He's participated in dog daycare and does fine but doesn't play much, he likes to be lazy and observe. Haven't heard the beagle bay at all but he MAY have it in there somewhere! He's easy for a bath but doesn't love getting his nails trimmed. If this sounds like your guy, please complete an application. He would love to meet you. As part of Captain's $250 adoption fee, he is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and current on his monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives.
