Pearl is a beautiful, big eyed tan Chihuahua mix who is 3 1/2 years old. Opal is a tall, gorgeous white Chihuahua mix who is 6 1/2 years old. These girls are the very best of pals & while they get along great with other dogs, their biggest concern is being together. Pearl is the more timid of the two, but follows Opal's more confident lead and learns to be very friendly with those they have comet to trust. They love attention from their people & Opal can be playful. They know how to sit, are leash trained and ride well in the car. Both girls are also house broken & well mannered in their homes. Pearl is built long and low, weighing 15 pounds total while Opal is a taller but still full figured gal weighing in at 15 pounds as well. Opal & Pearl are happy to meet other canine companions as long as they are going together. Opal & Pearl have not lived with kids previously, so if going with children we definitely recommend older, mature children as the noise and fast movements of young children can make it much harder to adjusts for his timid girls. Both girls are spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. Their adoption fee as a pair is $350 which includes a free vet visit. To potentially adopt the girls come to our shelter location at 1102 W Hatcher Rd in Phoenix 85021, open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. --Covid update: To adhere to CDC guidelines, we are open for adoptions only at a max capacity of 15 people in the building at a time.
