For the safety of our staff and customers, we ask that you practice social distancing, sanitization, and if exposed to Covid-19 or sick to please stay home.-- Estelle is a darling 1 year old German Shepherd mix who seems to have had a rough start in life, but hasn't let that dampen her spirits. Estelle showed up at the county shelter as a stray with some previous scarring and sadly no family came forward for her, so Arizona Small Dog Rescue scooped her up and now we are helping her find the perfect forever Family. Estelle may look a little large for Small Dog Rescue, but we know that love comes in ALL sizes & our staff has been affectionately calling Estelle our smedium (small/medium) gal as she weighs in at only 28 pounds and seems to be full grown. This gentle not-so-giant is timid with new people and will need a patient and gentle family. She would be willing to meet other gentle medium sized friends, but does not handle dogs in her face well and would be happy to be alone as the center of your attention. Estelle comes to you on her time and warms up rather quickly, but would probably be best with mature older children or adults who understand her. Estelle will need training, likely including house training, in her forever home. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. Her adoption fee of $300 includes a free vet visit.
