About GATSBY

According to the urban dictionary, Gatsby means cool, swanky, or just generally off the hizzle. Oooooh, that is definitely me, off the hizzle, but foster mommy likes to embarrass me and tell my little secrets. She says I am actually very sweet and cuddly and don't keep my cool at all when I see my favorite person or a cheese snack and explode in kisses. Foster mommy doesn't understand I have a rep to maintain. I love all the other dogs and cats in my foster home and they think I'm awesome with all my cool spots. My swanky spots are compliments of my Heeler/Staffy heritage. I am just a little guy at 9 weeks right now, but being a combination of working dog and terrier, my forever home will definitely have to be active as it is very unlikely I will be a couch potato and I will for sure be smarter than your average bear. If you check all the boxes, adopt me and I will love you fo shizzle. Gatsby is available for adoption with Saving Grace Dog Rescue of San Antonio. The adoption fee is $150.00. An adoption application, home visit and adoption contract are all required. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations appropriate for their age, microchipped, and wormed for internal and external parasites. Please note that visual breed identification in rescue dogs is unreliable so for most of our dogs we are only GUESSING at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
