Phoebe is about 5lbs. She is a Chow Chow, possibly mixed, but both parents appeared to be mostly Chow. She is sweet, happy and a playful little girl. She has been around children, cats and dogs and done fine. She will need training as she grows to continue to be a model citizen. We do not adopt out of state.
