About Pumba

Pumba and his family were all set to move into their new home until the landlord told Dad that no pets were allowed. Not even a small sixteen pound Beagle/Rat Terrier mix. Without other options, Dad sadly had to say goodbye to his best friend and surrendered Pumba to our shelter. Understandably, this cute little guy was very confused and upset. He is only a year old and his whole world just walked out the door. Pumba is looking for a new soul mate he can love and look after. He is best suited for an adult only family that is home most of the day. Pumba wants to be your one and only pet in the home. After all, you only need one wing man, right?! Pumba is accustomed to living in a home and is house trained as long as you keep to a regular schedule. A fenced in yard will be required to keep him safe when outside. This young pup has a blast playing with rubber squeaky toys and enjoys a daily walk. Pumba is great on leash and also rides well in a car. His favorite place to be is close by your side. Chilling on the sofa while you watch TV or sleeping through the night at the foot of your bed. Pumba is a devoted pup that would love to be your new best buddy.
