About Peaberry

Peaberry and her siblings (Macchiato, Cappuccino, Nitro, Cortado, Frappuccino, Mocha) had a rough start to life to say the least. They were born outside to 2 feral moms. When one mom abandoned her litter the other took over, taking care of and nursing 7 babies- an enormous task for her. By the time we were able to rescue the babies, they were in rough shape. They were covered in fleas and nits, had bellies full of worms, upper respiratory infections, goopy eyes, were missing fur in places and were severely underweight for their age. Despite all of that, they were already the sweetest kittens! They were purring and just wanted to be held, cared for and loved! We like to think they knew they were being saved. For the next month the kittens received around the clock supportive care. They had one on one feedings multiple times a day, were given medication for the respiratory infections and goopy eyes, de-wormed, flea treated and bathed and so much more. They were the best little patients too! They knew they were feeling better and being cared for, and were just the happiest little group of kittens. Now that they are healthy and have gained a significant amount of weight, they are ready for their forever home. They deserve the best homes and we can't wait for you to meet them! Peaberry is the tiniest of her siblings and was the most underweight when she came to us. It took a minute for her to consistently gain weight, but she has caught up now and is ready for a home! She is very sweet, playful and loves to be held! Since this group has been through so much together, we would love if you could adopt 2 together! *We respond to all emails.
