About EO the gentle giant

Adoption Fee: $250
Lab mix
Age: Senior
Sex: Male

Hi there! My name is EO (as in Eugene O'Neill), and I'm a sweet, gentle, affectionate, cuddly, obedient 65-pound yellow-with-white lab mix fella who was born in July 2008. I just love people and doing things together with them -- whether it's walking around the block or watching TV. I go bananas when someone gives me a soft belly rub, and I eagerly anticipate my daily cuddles and treats. I get so excited when Foster Mom comes home that I greet her with a funny 'wooooo.' Since I'm no juvenile, when I'm left alone, I can entertain myself by wrestling with my stuffed toys. Speaking of -- I get very attached to my 'stuffies,' so I walk around carrying them in my mouth. (But you know we labs are famous for our 'soft mouths' and can carry an egg in our mouth without breaking it!) I'm very well behaved. Foster Mom says that I'm quite the gentleman because I wait until I'm invited up on the sofa. Plus I'm respectful when she commands me not to chase my foster cat siblings. I guess you're wondering why a fantastic dude like me is looking for a new home. All I can say is that my lifetime family abandoned me through no fault of my own. Can you imagine? I thought I was a member of their family, and it took me a few weeks to endure my heartbreak as well as to adjust to my new foster family. But that's behind me, and I'm not looking back! I'm anxious to meet my next family of soulmates. If you're looking for a gentle giant who doesn't require a lot of exercise -- just lots of love -- I'm your man! I'm so agreeable that I'd fit into almost any household, whatever the mix -- kids, cats, or other dogs. EO is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, heartworm negative, and fully trained. His adoption fee is $250. An application must be filled out prior to adoption.
