About Duke

Duke is a phenomenal dog, we just do not have the right environment for him. He doesn't like a chaotic crazy household which we have. He loves to please you and will cuddle so good you never want to let him go. Walks and play time makes him smile so big! Very intelligent, he just needs some hands on attention. He has bitten before but it was an accidental bite that occurred when the person attempted to break up a fight. Duke gets along great with one of our dogs, but never seemed to with the other. It has caused some fights between them. Because of that, we recommend Duke be in a home with no other dogs, at least until he's had more training. He will work hard to please you. WE do not want to place Duke in a shelter as we worry he may get put down because of his breed and his one aggressive instance. But he is a great dog that deserves a long happy life.
