About Tucker

This handsome boy is Tucker. We are committed to finding a home for a Tucker that meets his very specific needs. We will use the following criteria when placing Tucker. If you do not meet all of the criteria PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR HIM! Tucker is a 2 year old Tri-colored Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He was recently neutered and shortly after was hit by a car and seriously injured. Tucker hates moving cars and was probably chasing one when hit. When he returned home he started showing some reactivity to things that had previously not bothered him. His wounds have healed. He is not in any pain but has some fears due to this trauma Tucker needs a home with: 1) NO other pets. 2) NO children either residing or visiting. 3) A secure fenced yard where he can play. 4) Regular exercise as he has a lot of energy. 5) Experienced Corgi or herding breed owners. 6) Someone who is willing and able to work with a behaviorist or trainer. 7) Someone who will love and adore him and will let him sleep on the big bed. Tucker is house broken, crate trained, loves leash walkies at night, rides well in the car and sits on command. When he is alone with his person he is a sweet, snuggly guy. Please read the above carefully as we will NOT respond to any applications not meeting the above criteria. Our goal is to make Tucker as successful as possible in his new home. Tucker is also utd on vaccs and chipped.
