About Clyde

Clyde is a shy guy, very much like his ghost namesake in Pacman. He came from a household full of dogs and so the outside world is pretty scary to him. He creeps along on the leash and shakes a lot but does enjoy being petted and wants to be a lap dog. Clyde is a year old and weighs 60 lbs. Clyde will need a calm household with patient and understanding people to help him realize that life can be ok. At this time we believe a household without small children under 12 would be best, too much noise and excitement would likely be too overwhelming for him. While he seems to be ok with dogs and lived with dogs before we do not know what life was like for him with other dogs so it might be best if there were no other dogs or one really chill, tolerant dog that will give him space to come around on his own. We offer a 7 day foster-to-adopt program where you can take the dog home for up to 7 days to decide if it's a good fit for you before committing to adoption.
