About Berlioz

Berlioz (pronounced phonetically like: burr-ill-ee-ose) was a stray cat someone had a huge heart for an took in. His adoptee's husband moved away with the military and there was no way to take Berlioz across the sea without a lot of loneliness in quarantine, so the woman gave him up with a lot of heartbreak to be with her husband. He is a shy cat, but very inquisitive and observant. He can be a bit skittish if there are loud noises or a lot of activity around, but he does really great one-on-one and loves to get head pets! I'm sure he would warm up more in a quieter, less cat-filled environment, though he does seem to tolerate other cats! He would do best as an indoor-only kitty.
