CLEO - No ID Provided Yet Bakersfield Shelter, Bakersfield, So Cal Cleo is a very sweet, adorable senior girl dumped at the Bakersfield shelter by an owner who said she was 17. This poor girl has been clearly neglected for a very long time given her bleached and matted fur, yet she is so loving, gentle and good with people and the other stray chow boy that just came into this same shelter. We have additional videos we can share. Dear Cleo is having a hard time walking and does need to be taken to the vet to see why, but medicine the shelter has just given her has helped already.
