About Tommy

****PRE-ADOPTION APPLICATIONS ONLY. TOMMY CANNOT GO TO A NEW HOME FOR ONE MORE MONTH ****** (as of 9/2020) Tommy is a long haired Chihuahua mix who is about 3 years old and weighs 8 pounds. He was hit by a car and taken to a shelter where he was diagnosed with a fractured pelvis. When we rescued him we took him to an orthopedic surgeon and were told he only required strict cage rest for approximately 2 months to heal. Tommy is in a foster home receiving the care and attention he needs. He will not be ready for adoption until he gets the all clear from the orthopedic veterinarian. Once your application has been received and reviewed you will be contacted within 48 hours to discuss if he is a good fit for your home. Tommy's $250 adoption donation includes his vet exam, vaccinations, neuter surgery, microchip and flea treatment.
