About MR G

Mr G came into rescue with various issues, behavioral and digestive. He didn't like being picked up, he had reactions to different types of food and was just all around 'grumpy'. The foods we tried were temporary fixes cuz his digestive issues returned. He reacted whenever his stomach was touched so picking him up was a problem. Eventually it became apparent that surgery to look in his stomach was necessary, Now for the good news...Mr G has become a completely different dog. Once he gets used to you he can be picked up, handled, will lay in bed and cuddle with you, gives kisses, eats his special food with no adverse reaction. He is completely housebroken and crate trained. Right now he is living in a pen and will tell you when he has to go out. Due to his size he usually goes out by himself or is walked. Mr G is looking for a quiet adult home where he can feel safe and comfortable.
