About Romeo

Romeo This cute little guy is Romeo. He weighs about 13 pounds. We think he is an Italian Greyhound mix. He was born in December of 2019. Romeo is a shy guy who needs a patient home. He warms up to a quiet person or couple. He prefers a quiet home and no kids. Romeo is learning the basics. He knows sit. He is crate trained and house trained. His new home should be ready to reinforce that. Romeo requires a home with a confident dog sibling. When he has a dog sibling, he looks to that dog for confidence and follows their lead. Romeo is good on leash and, if his dog sibling is with him, he is a happy walker. He is also good in the car. As for cats, Romeo is good most of the time. He lives with a cat and only chased the cat once in play. That said, if he sees a rabbit in the yard, he absolutely will chase...and he is fast! Romeo is an excellent cuddler and loves to be a lap dog. He bends into funny positions and falls asleep. Romeo doesn't chew stuff and isn't a crazy puppy. Mostly, Romeo needs time to see that it's not a scary world, that he doesn't need to dart away from new things. With the right home, he should make a wonderful little portable lap dog. Romeo is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He is available for a meet and greet in SoCal. We do not ship our dogs.
