About Hershey (west)

Hi, my name is HERSHEY - ID#A4389405. I am a neutered male, tan American Pit Bull Terrier. The shelter staff think I am about 2 years and 6 months old, and I have been at the shelter since Aug 23, 2020. Hershey is as sweet as his chocolate name, with his heart-stopping good looks, accented by his adorable smile. Hershey was my last dog I walked on Saturday March 28th, 2020. If I would had known it would be my last time seeing him, I would have kept him outside for another hour. On our walk, he told me he wanted to just stop and sit in the shade and listen to the birds and feel the breeze. Hershey is so easy to walk and he enjoys belly rubs and singing birds. Hershey is dog tolerant and can be a bit on the shy side with other dogs. What I do know is Hershey is soooooo sad at the shelter. Dogs that go on a walk and stop to lay down to enjoy the quiet outdoors, tell me they are having a hard time.
