***NEEDS FOSTER OR FUREVER HOME*** Hi, I'm NIKITA! I'm a 2 year old spayed female Great Pyrenees/Akbash that could be the smartest girl around. I'm also a people-lover / kid-lover! I was lucky enough to live in a loving foster home for 6 weeks. I'm calm in the house and hardly shed. I have lots of energy, love to wrestle and play. I'm house-trained and good on leash, unless I see a skateboarder. Some nice people who tried me in their home said that I was reactive to unfamiliar female dogs while walking on leash. I ride well in cars, but have been known to bark at dogs that I see. Sometimes I just cannot hold back, so my new family would need to work on changing that behavior. I'm looking for a home that includes a family with prior experience...someone who knows that we can be the most loving loyal dogs, but independent and a little stubborn. With proper introduction, I should be good with dogs and cats in the home. I will need a home with lots of room to run that includes a tall fence to keep me secure. I can clear 6-foot-fences!!
