About Brevard

Meet Brevard! He is about 6 months old, weighs 15 pounds and is very cute! FHDR rescued Brevard from a high kill shelter in NC and he was adopted to a nice family in NJ. Unfortunately, after 2 months the family has to re-home him because of their cats. Their 2 cats are extremely stressed with Brevard there and their health is at risk. This is what his family says about Brevard��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|..��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|.Brevard is the best dog ever! He is a friendly pup who loves our 10 year old daughter. Brevard is very smart and loves to please. He already knows the commands come, sit, stay, down, quiet, leave it and he is learning heel. He is also house trained. This pup is energetic, happy and loving. Brevard loves to play fetch with his stick or a tennis ball and he likes to play with rope toys and tennis balls. His favorite treats are freeze dried liver treats. Brevard enjoys his walks and he walks well on a leash when he has leadership. He plays hard and then rest. This pup is very affectionate and happy to see us and be with us. He enjoys snuggling on the couch and he will put his face on our laps. It's so darn cute! Brevard does chase squirrels, birds and rabbits and after dark he likes to chase fireflies and other bugs. Brevard is ok with other dogs, but he gets very energetic when playing with them. He is not too much of a licker and he does not slobbery at all. Brevard is easy going��%BD��%BD%BD'��%BD��%BD%BD|he can sleep in late or wake up early whatever works for his family. He is neutered and up to date with vaccines and is on monthly hw and flea and tick preventatives. Brevard is hoping you have a furever home for him! He promises to make you smile!
