EXTREMELY URGENT: This poor senior, Oso (A53865458) needs help and an exit plan ASAP! He is 9 years old. Already neutered. His owner surrendered him because s/he was moving S/he had him for 9 years, since Oso was a puppy! Said he is very sweet. The only person Oso has ever known deserted him. That's heartbreaking. He doesn't have much time left. I want to pull him before it is too late but need a committed, experienced foster or better yet an adopter! Please contact me immediately if you are interested. Time is of the essence! I may make transportation arrangements with potential adopters in California Oregon Washington Arizona and Nevada. Adoption process needs to be 100% approved.
