About Whiskey

I was able to take a few shots of WHISKEY (#A1759730), and to capture him, in the yard at the East Valley Animal Shelter, Van Nuys, CA, being silly, playful, and affectionate. WHISKEY is 3-years-old and was surrendered to the shelter when his family moved. I do not know what, if any, information the family may have provided about WHISKEY at intake. Shelter employees have provided a couple of notations about WHISKEY after having been introduced to dogs in playgroups. The first time out, he was nervous to start, but he tolerated other dogs playing around him. Another time in a playgroup, he did 'amazing' with several dogs and he showed more confidence and the ability to engage and mingle with others. The photos of WHISKEY don't show how cute he really is. He is a big boy, weighing 72 pounds, with a babyish face. He has a strip of fur down his back that naturally stands up.
