About Trooper

This sweet boy was found in this condition and the community came together to get him to the Vet and raise money for his treatment. He has been named Trooper, by the community. We think we identified the house he belongs to, however it is not safe to enter, to talk to the potential owners. Also, the health condition of the many dogs that were there, was poor. So, we have been trying to find someone to provide after-care or adopt him, but no luck so far. Can anyone please help? Thank you from the community of Noble and Slaughterville!
