About Oscar

I bought this rowdy little guy because we were planning on buying some acres soon. I live with my elderly parents. They wanted goats again but are too old to chase after them. Three weeks after I adopted Oscar, my mom suffered serious chest pain and needed a stent in her heart. She is not well. My puppy is.... A puppy. He is almost house trained and he spends so much time in his crate. I work from home and he can't get attention that he needs. The house has no yard. The plans to get a mini farm are shelved and I wouldn't have gotten him if I knew my mom had heart issues. She upset because he is teething and chews on everything in the house. He needs what I can't give him. He adores children. He wants to run off leash. He is still clumsy. He is such a sweet and affectionate lil boy! So happy. But he's not a hamster. I want him to fulfill his potential. He has all his shots and tag and has been dewormed regularly I have a Puppy Year Plan at PetSmart. He was born May 30 and is leash trained. He is so happy to walk at night. He is afraid of cars and other dogs even like a mini dachshund which is so funny. I have had him for 5 weeks and it's heartbreaking for me. I know I can't give what he needs. Help please and be loving and kind to my Boo. He needs daily love and still wants to sit on my lap and be cuddled.
