JoJo & Lola have been companions since Irma but did not come together! Adoption is $975/EACH! They are full flighted, were in side by side cages for 2 years and sat next to each other so I FINALLY put them together. Lola will talk up a storm and JoJo is the silent one. Both love their, almonds, walnuts, grapes, pasta, on a good day some veggies! All my birds are eating Hagen Tropican High Performance Pellets and Tropimix Large Fruit and Nut Mix plus I add in fresh walnuts, almonds and pecans. They also get bananas, grapes and other fruits and veggies depending on who eats what. Would not be good around young kids, small dogs or dogs that bark alot. They are not hand friendly birds at this point but were pets. They do take food from your hand. You MUST be experienced w birds. PLEASE make sure that your HOA will allow parrots if you have one, even IF you own and live in a single family home. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER A PARROT OF ANY SPECIES INCL A MACAW OR COCKATOO IF YOU LIVE IN AN APT, TOWNHOUSE OR CONDO! Trust me in 36 years I have had numerous birds returned.
