About RUBY Hybrid Macaw M

Ricky is a good boy after he gets to know you! He is full flighted has all head and tail feathers but naked and sexy and has been since he has been here. He will talk up a storm but I have absolutely no clue what he is saying. He loves his banana chips, nuts and all my birds are eating Hagen Tropican High Performance Pellets and Tropimix Large Fruit and Nut Mix plus I add in fresh walnuts, almonds and pecans. They also get bananas, grapes and other fruits and veggies depending on who eats what. Would not be good around young kids, small dogs or dogs that bark alot. He does get along w other birds. You MUST be experienced w birds a Macaw, he will step up but he will need to get used to you Ricky is NOT a first time bird to get. PLEASE make sure that your HOA will allow LARGE parrots if you have one, even IF you own and live in a single family home. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER A LARGE PARROT OF ANY SPECIES INCL A MACAW OR COCKATOO IF YOU LIVE IN AN APT, TOWNHOUSE OR CONDO! Trust me in 36 years I have had numerous birds returned.
