About Thorn

Meet Thorn! He was found as a baby with his sister in a good samaritan's yard. He was kept by the finder, but now the living situation has changed and they can no longer properly care for him. He's 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped, and on prevention. Crate trained, great for car rides. Does get along with other dogs but will growl at them if he is scared. Great with cats. Not good with small children and takes a long time to warm up to strangers. Harness only not good on a collar. Knows commands- kennel, sit, come, and lay down. No meet and greets are scheduled without an approved app. Due to high volume of apps, you will only be contacted if your application is approved. WE DO NOT TRANSPORT, SHIP, OR TRANSFER TO OTHER RESCUES, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE TO UPSTATE SC, WE DO NOT HOLD LONGER THAN THE FIRST WEEKEND AFTER YOUR APP IS APPROVED NO EXCEPTIONS.
