ADOPTION PENDING 17 week old herding breed mix female puppy, about 14 pounds. Meet Mossy: an active herding breed mix who loves to play! Mossy is a sweet pup who loves being active with her furry foster siblings. If you're looking for an energetic, loving dog who wants to cuddle, Mossy is your girl! She is crate trained at night and happily goes in with a treat & verbal praise. She does well with crate time during the day. She whimpers for a little bit & then calms down and takes a nap. She is making a lot of progress with potty training. Potty pads and frequent opportunities to go outside have helped give her success. Miss Mossy is in the heart of teething and chews a ton, so plenty of chew toys are a must! She is learning how to fetch/play with a ball and will cuddle up on a lap at night if given the choice. She's never been around cats. We have been working on not jumping up when she greets people. Mossy would do best in a home with another playful dog & a family who can give her the exercise she needs/wants. She is a sweet, timid/submissive type of puppy and is eager to please her humans. She just needs a patient family who will help her grow into the amazing dog she is meant to be! Mossy has 4 siblings that are also available for adoption! The puppies were surrendered to us, but we have pictures of the parents in the album. Adoption contract and fee applies. All adoptable dogs can be met at adoption events hosted every weekend. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters. If you live within a five-hour radius of Seattle, WA, (such as Portland, Vancouver B.C., etc.), we can arrange for a home visit. If your home seems like a great fit for the dog you would like to adopt, you must then drive to meet the dog at one of our weekend events or at the fosters home.
