About Leela

Leela and Bender are with us at TRACS due to the death of their owner in another state. They ended up at a municipal shelter and due to their being so bonded and a bit older, they did not have much of a chance for adoption. We think they have a great chance for adoption here in our area! They are both VERY well behaved, house trained, very good on leash or in a yard together, and they are very loving. Right now their world has been turned upside down and they are a little depressed, but they will be so happy and so well behaved once they get into their new home, everyone will be very happy!! They are both spayed and neutered and chipped and vaccinated. All you need to add is the LOVE. Leela did test positive for heartworm while at the other shelter and she has now been successfully treated for that flea born illness. She needs to stay on a heartworm preventive medicine for the rest of her life and that is just a once a month dose. We will be sending 6 months along with her. They are $300 for the pair and we can be negotiable on that if we need to.
