About Ruby

Ruby is a very sweet girl with a big personality! She's a 2 year old Catahoula. She is house trained (never had an accident in our house!) and crate trained. She does an AMAZING job in her crate at night. She knows basic commands and is very food motivated. She's kind of leash trained, but very strong and strong willed. She's very active and loves to play! She would be great for someone who loves to run or hike and definitely needs a fenced in yard. We've only had her for a few weeks, and we're looking for a new home for her because she plays too aggressively with our daughter. She bites in play, and is in no way trying to hurt anyone, but it's too much for our daughter. We feel so horrible about having to find her a new home, but the comfort of our kids is the most important. For this reason, she definitely needs a home without small kids and would be better with someone with dog experience (and maybe a doggie pal). We're asking for a $100 rehoming fee to make sure she goes to a good home. She's a good girl, just not the right fit for us!
