MEET RIKER, an 18 month old, 75lb pup looking for a loving forever home! RIKER looks like a gorgeous lab hound mix. He is a fun-loving pup who would do best with an active family. Looking for a running companion? RIKER loves running--he has a blast playing chase and hide-n-seek in the backyard with his foster sister. RIKER is super-smart and could excel in any canine training or performance sport like agility, obedience, rally, flyball, nosework to name a few-what fun for the both of you! And pick up a copy of 101 Dog Tricks--RIKER will learn every trick in the book! He is new to rescue, so dog ear his page and stay tuned. His foster family shares the following: 'RIKER is very smart, energetic and engaging! He's playful, friendly, independent, submissive, affectionate, and fun-loving. He loves people and eagerly accepts new people as friends! He is uncomfortable around small kids. Hanging in the doggie pool, car rides and long walks are some of his favorite activities. He knows quite a few commands and will try to give you all his tricks for a yummie cookie! He's house broken, crate trained and working on good leash manners. He wouldn't mind being your one and only or living with a friendly, submissive female of like size and temperament. RIKER is an awesome, silly, young, energetic and gorgeous dog. We love this long-legged beauty!' RIKER is nuetered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. His adoption fee is $425.00. Please note that training is highly recommended for all young dogs.
