About PICOLLO IS PERFECT!

Whoof! Whoof! MEET PICOLLO, a beautiful and super sweet, 3 year old, 50lb houndy/bull dog mix looking for a loving forever home. Life hasn't been kind to this loving, gentle boy. He is blind and someone mangled one of his ears. He was dumped at a local fire department this summer and they brought him to the local humane society in the hope of finding some help for him. They fell in love with his sweet, happy personality and determined to find him a rescue. Lulu's said yes. We have lots to share about Picollo. He was very scared when he first went to the shelter, but he quickly responded to all the TLC he got from the volunteers. He particularly enjoyed the pets and head rubs and always nuzzled for more when you stop. He's in an awesome foster home now and his foster mom shares that Picollo is happy, fun-loving dog. He loves to be with his people and his foster fur sibling. He's learning how to enjoy playing in the yard and eating peanut butter out of his Kong. He loves to be talked to especially being told he's a good boy. He likes walks but prefers quieter trails, neighborhoods. He loves being with the pack whether outside, watching TV, laying by your feet or cuddled next to you by the couch. His ideal home would have another friendly dog or two that would befriend Picollo. He should be in a home with a fenced yard too. Ideally his people would be home most of the time as he doesn't like being alone. We will have more to share soon, so dog-ear his page and stay tuned. PICOLLO is nuetered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines. His adoption fee is $425.00. Please note that training is highly recommended for all young dogs. As with all rescue animals, breed determination cannot be validated without genetic testing.
