This male Chihuahua with an overbite (named Buddy for the time being) was found on 22nd Street in South Central LA on Wednesday, 9/9. Anyone recognize this little nugget? He was wearing a white flea collar and is very friendly with people and with other dogs. Skinny. He is currently safe with a foster. Please contact us if you know who he belongs to.
