Hi, my name is THEO - ID#A4354822. I am a neutered male, tan and white American Pit Bull Terrier mix. The shelter staff think I am about 3 years old, and I have been at the shelter since Aug 25, 2020. Theo has a huge advantage in the begging game - there's nothing as heart-melting as a cross-eyed pittie! Who could resist sharing with that sweet face? Theo didn't arrive at the shelter alone; he actually came in with a friend that some people may find surprising - an old lady chihuahua! She has already left the shelter, but somehow, adorable Theo is still here waiting to find his forever home. He was very excited to meet other similarly-sized dogs here at the shelter, although his play style is rough and may be overwhelming for some dogs, so he will need to meet your dog(s) before you adopt to make sure they'll be compatible playmates. At three years old, Theo still has a good amount of energy and would love to have an active family who will take him for plenty of walks. His vision may be blurred, but his sniffer works at 100% and he enjoys exploring the great utdoors. Theo knows how to sit on cue for treats, and takes them very gently for such a big boy. So, take a good look at that snack you're eating, because it's the last one you'll have all to yourself with these puppy eyes around.
