About Korrah

Korrah is a 7-year-old schnoodle mix female. She is about 18 lbs of love. She is also house trained and does well on a leash. She is generally very laid back and wants nothing more than to lounge with her person on the couch. However, she does like to play outside with the other pups on occasion. Her foster mom would rate her energy level low - medium. She enjoys knowing what her person is always doing and if possible, sitting on their lap/being held and petted. Korrah's foster home has five other dogs ranging from small to medium. She gets along well with all of them and enjoys cuddling with them on the couch. Korrah is a bit shy when first meeting her, so it's important to move slow when introducing her to new people. However, once she feels safe, she will happily allow you to rub her belly and hold her for cuddles. Sweet Korrah was found living in a cage/barn with several other dogs who were brought into the rescue. Due to her horrible conditions, Korrah's fur was stained yellow and brown due to living in her own feces and urine. She was a bit unsure of humans, but quickly accepted her new life of love and snuggles. Korrah loves to follow you around to any room you go to. She will sit quietly at your feet or on your lap, hungry for affection. We were told that she is hesitant with males and its very likely a male was not very nice to her. She is fine with the males she is currently around but that was also with slow and careful introductions. She is not good with children and will need to be in a childless home. Middle school-aged children might be permissible if they do not roughhouse near her. Children scare her and she will lash out with them. Korrah is searching for a home of her own that is not shared with children and she wants a person of her own to love forever and ever.
