About Angus

Rottweiler
Age: Young Adult
Sex: Male

Angus is in foster care from Albuquerque Eastside shelter. He was surrendered their about 6 weeks ago by his owners who said they could not afford him. He was kept in the yard and thus has no training on a leash. He's a big guy: 115 lbs. He's either all rottweiler or has a tiny bit of something else because of a small white blaze on his chest. He has adjusted quickly to indoor/outdoor life in my home. Uses a doggie door with the resident female rottie and has had NO accidents in the house after the first day and a few corrections! He's gentle and loving. We're working on leash training every day and he's getting better all the time. Today he sat on command. He does not chew and can be left in house alone for several hours without incident although he is crate trained too. If you love rottweilers, you will love Angus.
