About Brady

Brady has a long snout useful for sniffing, beautiful black and white markings, cute long flappy ears, a smily face, and endearing brown eyes. He is shorter but long in stature and at a good healthy weight. Age: Brady is about 6 years old. Rescue History: Brady was sadly offered in the free section with the headline 'Free To Good Home' in East LA. Luckily a rescuer happened to see that ad and quickly intervened as we all know the dangers of free dogs being offered on the internet. His foster dad/rescuer did some investigating and discovered that he had found him a few months prior and never took the necessary initiative to find his family in a timely manner. After waiting so long it was more than likely impossible to find out who there were therefore rescue had to step in. He is currently in a foster home awaiting his forever home. Personality: Brady is the most innocent minded chap we know. He is a very simple dude and just enjoys being alive. His needs are minimal in that he wants his walks, food, and a comfy place to sleep at night. He is an extremely gentle and mild mannered dog and enjoys lounging in the company of other dogs. Brady's favorite past time includes rolling on his back in the grass, sunbathing, going on walks, and food food and more food. He's definitely scent and food motivated so keeping the trash and food on the counter out of reach is necessary. His nose is always working so you will find Brady with his nose to the ground the entire duration of his walk like a typical hound dog. Sniffing is his stimulation which is why we hope that his forever home continues giving him his daily walks that he's been getting in his foster home. Brady likes playing with little dogs and will lay on his back and let the other dogs gnaw and nibble on him. He will play with any dog that likes to play, he's very warm and welcoming in that way. Brady's favorite place to sleep at night is his foster dad's recliner char which he has taken over as his throne. It is now the 'Brady Recliner' and he can mostly be found napping and hanging there during the day and sometimes on a dogged at night. Brady's quirk is that he will lick anything that smells or tastes good. He is a licker but will stop when told. Brady is lucky he's so cute b/c we can't say he's the smartest pup...but we love him anyway! Overall, Brady will make an easy addition to most any family and home as he's good and well behaved boy. Medical: Brady is neutered, micro chipped, currently vaccinated, and has a clean bill of health. Would do best: Brady would love a home with a yard so he can continue on with his sniffing adventures, grass back rubs, and sunbathing. He would do fine with any and all animals in a family environment or an adult only home. He's really an easy addition and can adapt well to new situations. Kids/Dogs/Cats: Brady gets along with all children, big or small, he loves other dogs and cats. Basically, Brady gets along with anything that is alive and is a happy go lucky, go with the flow guy.
